Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Real Estate Sales Executive to assist in selling residential and/or commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, conducting property visits, following up with prospective buyers, and supporting the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities



Attend and respond to customer enquiries received through calls, websites, social media, property portals, walk-ins, and channel partners.



Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements, budget, location preference, and purchase timeline.



Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, possession timelines, and available units.



Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.



Regularly follow up with leads and maintain communication until booking or closure.



Update lead details, follow-up status, customer feedback, and sales progress in the CRM or Excel tracker.



Assist customers with booking forms, application documents, payment schedules, and basic home-loan coordination.



Coordinate with senior sales executives, site teams, marketing teams, channel partners, and bank representatives.



Maintain knowledge of available inventory, project approvals, RERA details, construction status, and competing projects.



Support the sales team in preparing quotations, cost sheets, payment plans, and booking documentation.



Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, property fairs, and customer meetings.



Achieve assigned targets for calls, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and collections.



Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide post-booking support when required.



Required Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline; candidates with qualifications in marketing, business administration, or real estate will be preferred.



Freshers and candidates with up to two years of sales experience may apply.



Good communication and interpersonal skills.



Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM software.



Ability to understand customer requirements and explain property details clearly.



Willingness to travel locally and conduct site visits.



Self-motivated, presentable, disciplined, and target-oriented.



Basic knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage.



Preferred Skills



Telecalling and lead follow-up.



Customer relationship management.



Negotiation and sales-closing skills.



Knowledge of residential property sales.



Familiarity with property portals and digital leads.



Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Number of customer calls and follow-ups completed.



Number of qualified leads generated.



Number of site visits conducted.



Lead-to-site-visit conversion rate.



Site-visit-to-booking conversion rate.



Monthly booking and revenue targets.



Accuracy of CRM and sales records.



Customer response time and satisfaction.



Working Conditions



Six-day working week, with weekly off generally provided on a weekday.



Weekend and public-holiday availability may be required, as these are important sales days.



Local travel for site visits, exhibitions, and customer meetings may be required.



Salary Structure



Fixed monthly salary.



Performance-based incentives on bookings and collections.



Travel or mobile allowance may be provided as per company policy.
