We are looking for a confident and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive / Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Suraksheet Bharat.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, explaining property details, following up with clients, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with potential leads
• Communicate with clients and explain real estate projects
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with customers
• Maintain client records and regular follow-ups
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth

Requirements:

• Prior experience in real estate sales will be preferred
• Good communication skills
• Confident, presentable, and sales-oriented personality
• Basic knowledge of lead generation and customer handling
• Immediate joining preferred

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Incentives: Sales-based incentives up to ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000+
