📝 Job Overview: Hiring Female Telesales Executive for real estate flat sales. Role involves calling leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting them into site visits and bookings.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Call on provided leads and generate interest / लीड्स पर कॉल करना और इंटरेस्ट जनरेट करना

• Understand customer requirements for property / कस्टमर की प्रॉपर्टी जरूरत समझना

• Explain flat details and project offerings / फ्लैट और प्रोजेक्ट की जानकारी देना

• Schedule site visits and follow-ups / साइट विजिट शेड्यूल करना और फॉलो-अप करना

• Close sales and achieve targets / सेल्स क्लोज करना और टार्गेट पूरा करना

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 Year telesales experience in real estate / कम से कम 1 साल का रियल एस्टेट टेलीसेल्स अनुभव

• Good communication and convincing skills / अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन और कन्विन्सिंग स्किल्स

• Target-oriented mindset / टार्गेट ओरिएंटेड होना चाहिए
