Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of the local real estate market.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Meet prospective buyers and sellers to understand their property requirements.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations for clients.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, property values, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Prepare and manage sales agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Maintain an updated database of properties and client information.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Valid driving license (if required for property visits).
