○ Strong Proficiency in Python 3.10+, Graphql, Flask + Flask Admin ○ Proficiency in Clean architecture (API Layer, Business Logic, Data Access, External services; States Machine, Pattern Adapter ACL) ○ Proficiency in Database / ORM (PostgreSQL, SQL Alchemy, Alembic) ○ Experience in Quality, Tests, Observability (Automated tests with Pytest, Observability with AWS Powertools + AWS Cloudwatch, Code standards (Linters, SonarQube) ○ Experience with AWS (Serverless Lambda, SQS, EventBridge) ○ Experience in Bash & Linux, Docker ○ Experience in Git, Versioning, GitOps / GitLab, CI/CD ○ Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AWS and software development ○ Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. ○ Location Specific- PUNE ○ Effective communication and collaboration across teams and external stakeholders. ○ Commitment to cross-functional success, recognizing that enabling other teams is as important as individual product productivity. ○ Production-ready mindset with a focus on non-regression ○ Proven experience working within an Agile team and organization ○ Good analytical & problem-solving skills to align technology solutions with business objectives. ○ Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution for maintaining a positive work environment. ○ Software engineer Back End ○ Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, modern and efficient cloud software solutions. ○ Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of the code across all platform components. ○ Monitor and troubleshoot the performance and reliability of the data platform. ○ Maintain technical consistency and coherence across all developed repositories and products.
