Purchase Executive

•     Source and evaluate suppliers for solar components such as solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, batteries, and BOS (Balance of System) components.

•     Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective procurement.

•     Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate records of materials ordered and received.

•     Coordinate with the teams to ensure material specifications and delivery timelines are met.

•     Maintain vendor relationships and continuously explore new supplier options to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

Handle import documentation and liaise with freight forwarders
