Location: Hadapsar, Pune Maharashtra

Experience: 0-6 Months Years of experience in Production Engineer preferably in the Oil filtration or related industry

Reports to: Manager

Department: Purchase

 Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy in documentation.

Vendor Management: Research potential suppliers, compare quotes, and negotiate the best prices and delivery terms.

Order Tracking: Track shipments from manufacturing to warehouses, and proactively resolve any delayed or incorrect orders.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels against current demand, and update purchasing databases and records accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse staff, accounting, and department heads to confirm deliveries and process vendor invoices. [1, 2, 3, 4]
