Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a 45-storey high-rise development comprising three floors of commercial space and multiple residential levels. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Mivan formwork systems and proven experience managing large-scale high-rise projects from planning through handover. Responsibilities include project scheduling, contractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, budget management, and ensuring timely delivery. Candidates should have excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex reinforced concrete structures using fast-track construction methodologies and Mivan technology.
