Role Summary

The Project Head is responsible for managing multiple facility management projects, ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, manpower management, quality service delivery, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day project operations.

Lead Project Managers, Executives, Supervisors, and site teams.

Ensure proper manpower deployment and service quality.

Maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalations.

Monitor project performance, budgets, and reports.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other departments.

Requirements

Graduate (MBA preferred).

3+ years of experience in Facility Management/Operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
