Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day activities across multiple projects such as ASUS, Lenovo and other projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project-related documents, records, and Excel trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Track daily activities, tasks, tickets, and project deliverables.
- Prepare reports and provide regular project status updates.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project data and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Support overall project operations and resolve day-to-day coordination issues.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Prior experience in project coordination, operations, or service management is preferred.
