Key Responsibilities
- Presales Engagement
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and craft winning proposals
- Bring consulting and solution driven approach to wining deals in CX solution area
- Drive discovery workshops to capture CX business objectives, pain points, and success metrics
- Solution Architecture & Design
- Define high-level and detailed solution blueprints spanning CRM, Commerce, ECM, Portals
- Rapidly prototype POCs and interactive demos showcasing solution value and extensibility
- Tailor demos to client-specific scenarios using CX platform SDKs and low-code tools
- Client Interfacing & Stakeholder Management
- Present architectures, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to executive and technical stakeholders
- Lead alignment sessions to ensure solution components meet business, security, and compliance requirements
- Able to work independently with customer stakeholders - Business Process Owners/ SMEs/ Process Sponsors/ IT Leaders
- Solution Delivery Guidance
- Partner with development and delivery teams to validate design, review code, and enforce best practices
