Key Responsibilities

  • Presales Engagement
    • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and craft winning proposals
    • Bring consulting and solution driven approach to wining deals in CX solution area
    • Drive discovery workshops to capture CX business objectives, pain points, and success metrics
  • Solution Architecture & Design
    • Define high-level and detailed solution blueprints spanning CRM, Commerce, ECM, Portals
    • Rapidly prototype POCs and interactive demos showcasing solution value and extensibility
    • Tailor demos to client-specific scenarios using CX platform SDKs and low-code tools
  • Client Interfacing & Stakeholder Management
    • Present architectures, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to executive and technical stakeholders
    • Lead alignment sessions to ensure solution components meet business, security, and compliance requirements
    • Able to work independently with customer stakeholders - Business Process Owners/ SMEs/ Process Sponsors/ IT Leaders
  • Solution Delivery Guidance
    • Partner with development and delivery teams to validate design, review code, and enforce best practices
