Job Description
Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Wakad / Kharadi, Pune
Experience: 1–4Years
Industry: Real Estate

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, and CRM.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
- Provide project information, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving booking and revenue targets.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
