Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

About the RoleAt Apna Ghar Lifespaces, we believe in helping people find their dream homes. As a Presales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your primary mission will be to engage with incoming leads, understand their property requirements, present our real estate projects convincingly, and invite them for physical site visits.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement: Make outbound calls to warm/cold leads and handle inbound inquiries regarding our residential/commercial projects.
- Pitching & Consulting: Understand the customer's budget, location preference, and requirements to pitch the right Apna Ghar property.
- Site Visit Generation: Pitch the project value proposition effectively to convince and schedule site visits for prospective buyers with the sales team.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer interactions, feedback, and lead status accurately in the CRM/Excel sheets daily.
- Regular Follow-ups: Nurture cold or hesitant leads through systematic follow-up calls to keep our projects top-of-mind.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the on-site sales team to ensure smooth handover of interested clients.
- What We Are Looking For (Requirements)Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in voice processes, tele-calling, tele-sales, or customer support (experience in Real Estate presales is a massive plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of Marathi is a major advantage).
- Skills: Active listening, strong convincing/negotiation power, and a polite, customer-centric attitude.
- Tech Savvy: Basic hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Target-Driven: Highly motivated to meet daily call connectivity targets and weekly site-visit generation goals.
