Working Hour: 08.30am to 2 pm

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children, can create meaningful learning experiences, and is passionate about shaping young minds during their formative years.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for preschool children.

- Create a joyful, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure child safety at all times.

- Prepare teaching aids, activity materials, and classroom displays.

- Observe and track children's progress and development.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's learning and well-being.

- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities.

- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center staff to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).

- ECCEd, Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or Early Childhood Education certification is an added advantage.

- Freshers with a passion for teaching young children are welcome to apply.

- Prior preschool teaching experience will be preferred.

- Good communication skills in English and local languages.

- Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic personality.

- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
