About Safsafaiwala

Safsafaiwala.com is a home deep cleaning services marketplace in Pune and Mumbai, expanding into Delhi-NCR. We also provide office deep cleaning and housekeeping contract services. Most of our bookings come from digital channels, so paid marketing is central to our growth.

Role Overview

You will run and improve our paid campaigns on Meta and Google to bring in quality leads and confirmed bookings at a healthy cost. You will work daily with the sales, support and creative teams, and learn how ad spend turns into real bookings and revenue. This is a hands-on role with live budgets and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

• Set up, launch and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Manage daily and monthly budgets by city and service
• Run campaigns for home deep cleaning and for office and housekeeping services
• Test audiences, creatives, ad copy and offers regularly

2. Lead Quality and Conversion

• Track the full funnel from impressions and clicks to leads, calls, bookings and revenue
• Reduce cost per lead and cost per booking while keeping lead quality high
• Get regular feedback from the sales and support teams on lead quality, and pause weak campaigns quickly
• Suggest improvements to landing pages and the booking flow

3. Tracking and Reporting

• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with Meta Pixel, Google Ads, GA4 and Tag Manager
• Work with the CRM and call-tracking setup to match leads and bookings to the right campaigns
• Prepare weekly reports on spend, leads, CPL, CAC and ROAS in Google Sheets
• Share clear findings and next steps with the founder

4. Creative and Growth

• Brief the creative and video team on ad ideas, hooks and scripts based on what’s working
• Test new ideas such as retargeting, local campaigns and new channels
• Track competitor ads and market trends in home services
• Support campaigns for new cities (Pune, Mumbai and Delhi-NCR launches) and festive seasons

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in paid ads on Meta and Google (strong freshers with certifications or real practice campaigns can also apply)
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Basic understanding of funnels, CPL, CAC and ROAS
• Basic knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking
• Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel for reports
• Good communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
• Based in Pune and comfortable with work from office

Good to Have

• Experience with lead generation or local services campaigns
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
• Experience handling a monthly budget of ₹50,000 or more
• Basic knowledge of landing page testing
