Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across environments. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and implement enhancements is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment.
- Knowledge of application integration using APIs and middleware.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and automation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Strong understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
