Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and reliability of systems, and utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. This position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment of applications to maintain optimal performance and compatibility within the existing technology environment, fostering seamless integration and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to utilize low-code development platforms for rapid application development and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control within SaaS environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
