Job Title: Online Marketing Specialist (Furniture & Interior Business)Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and result-driven Online Marketing Specialist to boost our online presence and drive leads for our furniture and interior manufacturing business. In this role, you will manage our digital platforms, execute marketing campaigns, and showcase our design projects and products to attract residential and commercial clients across Pune.

• Key Responsibilities:Profile Creation & Management: Setup, optimize, and maintain company profiles across major business listings, social media platforms, and interior design discovery portals.
• Online Marketing & Lead Generation: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Online Advertisements) to generate high-quality leads for custom furniture and interior projects.
• Creative Content Ideas: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to market our manufacturing unit, virtual factory tours, finished furniture products, and complete interior site transformations on online platforms.
• App & Platform Management: Utilize relevant digital marketing tools, applications, and CRM software to track user engagement, run email/message campaigns, and monitor lead pipelines.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze online traffic, ad performance, and social metrics to optimize marketing spend and increase return on investment (ROI).
• Candidate Requirements:Education: Graduate (BBA in Digital Marketing, B.Com in Marketing, or equivalent degree/diploma in Digital/Online Marketing preferred).
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates with practical knowledge of online marketing are welcome to apply.
• Core Skills: Strong familiarity with social media marketing, profile management, and basic online advertisement strategies.
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi or Marathi to understand regional market dynamics and coordinate with the internal team.

Age Criteria: 18 to 30 years.
