Job Description
- Opening and closing the office daily; ensuring the workspace is clean and organized.
- Delivering files, documents, and couriers between departments or to external locations.
- Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors/guests.
- Assisting with basic tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring pantry and cleaning supplies and informing the manager when restocks are needed.
