Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office.
- Handle office errands such as bank, courier, stationery, and document delivery.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
- Support the HR/Admin team with day-to-day office tasks.
- Ensure office supplies and pantry items are adequately stocked.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
