Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and resources.
  • Manage and monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud environments and integrations.
  • Provision, configure, and maintain Oracle Autonomous Databases (ATP/ADW).
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot OCI Compute Instances.
  • Install, configure, and support Oracle APEX and ORDS environments.
  • Support and maintain banking integrations, including troubleshooting connectivity and transaction-related issues.
  • Configure and manage OCI networking components such as VCNs, Subnets, NSGs, Route Tables, DRGs, VPNs, and Load Balancers.
  • Implement and maintain OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and security controls.
  • Perform backup, recovery, patching, cloning, and disaster recovery activities for cloud resources.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity using OCI monitoring and logging services.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using OCI CLI, Shell scripting, Terraform, or Python.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support project and operational requirements.
  • Participate in on-call support and ensure adherence to SLAs and organizational standards.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for OCI governance, security, and cost optimization
