Process: Non IT Recruiter / Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Call candidates and explain job opportunities
- Screen profiles as per requirements
- Schedule interviews & follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and records
Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC Pass
- Freshser / Experience Both Can Apply
- Basic / Good Communication Skills Required
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary:11K - 15K Inhand + Incentives
Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday Fixed
