Job Description
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Perform minor electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintain service records.
Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
Coordinate with supervisors and vendors for major repairs.
Respond promptly to client service requests and maintain high service standards.
