We are expanding our operations and looking for a responsible HR professional who can manage internal HR processes, support employee engagement, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

1. Key Responsibilities – Marketing ManagerDevelop and execute marketing strategies for the company’s services.
2. Plan and manage lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
3. Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
4. Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
5. Drive sales leads and coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
6. Identify new local and regional market opportunities for business growth.
7. Conduct market and competitor research and identify customer trends.
8. Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, offers, promotions and content.
9. Manage and improve the company’s social media presence and brand visibility.
10. Monitor marketing performance, leads, conversions, campaign ROI and KPIs.
11. Build and maintain customer relationships and improve customer acquisition and retention.
12. Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and vendors for marketing activities.
13. Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.
14. Lead and coordinate the marketing team and assign targets/tasks.
15. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports and present performance insights to management.
16. Achieve monthly lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue targets.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management

MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing is preferred

2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Sales & Marketing

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media and WhatsApp Marketing

Strong communication, negotiation and team coordination skills

Target-oriented approach with experience in marketing KPI tracking and reporting
