Real Estate Consultant / Agent

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to generate leads and increase furniture rental customers in Pune. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field marketing, corporate outreach, and digital lead generation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads for furniture rentals.
• Visit IT parks, hostels, PGs, and apartment societies to promote our services.
• Build relationships with builders, brokers, property managers, and relocation agencies.
• Conduct leaflet distribution and promotional activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Post and manage listings on OLX, Facebook Marketplace, and other classified platforms.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Maintain a daily lead and activity report.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and customer acquisition targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Maps.
• Confident in meeting customers and working in the field.
• Self-driven with a positive attitude.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
