Manager - Validation for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)

1)  Lead a team of engineers in the testing and validation of cutting-edge technology in the automotive industry, specifically related to advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and Simulation driving technologies.
2)  Develop and implement test plans and procedures for Simulation based and real world vehicle testing, including functional, safety, and reliability testing.
3)  Develop & implement & test  for simulation on SIL/HIL systems.
4)  Analyse & interpret data for optimizing, improve safety & reliability of Advance electronics on vehicle & ADAS.
5)  Work closely with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to identify and resolve issues related to ADAS functionalities.
6)  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements and ensure timely and accurate execution of tests.
7)  Train and mentor team members on testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
8)  Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
9)  Identify and implement process improvements to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
10)  Perform data logging and analysis to validate sensor fusion algorithms and system performance metrics
