Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Executive to join our team at Fibe.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned clinics and maintain good relationships with partner clinics.

Coordinate with clinic staff to identify customers who are unable to make a one-time payment for their treatment.

Collect customer details and generate loan leads.

Explain Fibe's loan products and financing options to customers.

Assist customers throughout the loan application and documentation process.

Ensure timely processing and disbursal of approved loans.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications.

Achieve monthly lead generation and loan conversion targets.
