Production Line Leader - Automotive Industry

Line Leader

Should have work experience in Automotive industry (preferably, Robot, Canning, welding industry).

Should have worked in Production function. Should possess good knowledge in Robot handling, Canning process, Production planning and Execution.

Conversant in Lean manufacturing and People management.

Conversant in 4M Management.

Conversant in cycle time study, line balancing and Process Improvements.

Robot , Canning ,MIG and TIG welding knowledge is essential.

Identification and implementation of productivity improvements.

Application of problem-solving tools like 7QC tools, QC story, 8D approach, etc.

Exposure in SAP PP module, TS 16949, TPM & Should possess good communication skills.

Achieve Production Targets as per plan. Ensure Safety and Quality requirements.

Good Exposure in Canning process. Good Communication Skill. Good Interpersonal Skill.
