Lead SAP Transportation Management Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with strong exposure to SAP ECC and EWM integration to support an AMS engagement.    Work exp : 8-10 yrs   Location Pune (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP TM in an AMS environment (Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements)
• Analyze and resolve TM-related issues in Order Planning, Freight Order Management, Execution, and Settlement
• Handle integration issues across SAP TM, EWM, and ECC
• Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces (IDoc, RFC, qRFC, PI/PO integrations)
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution within SLA
• Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EWM, MM, SD, FI)
• Participate in ticket triaging, prioritization, and governance calls
• Create and maintain functional documentation and SOPs

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP TM with AMS support exposure
• Understanding of Transportation Planning, Freight Units, Freight Orders, Charges

Management

• Knowledge of SAP ECC integration (SD/MM)
• Experience with SAP EWM integration scenarios
• Expertise in interfaces (IDoc, qRFC, CIF, PI/PO)
