• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Fixed)
• Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Petrol Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Operate conventional lathe machines to manufacture precision components.
• Set up machines, tools, and fixtures as per production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Perform turning, facing, threading, drilling, and other machining operations.
• Measure and inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and production targets.
• Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI qualification (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator
• Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
• No English language requirement
• Age: 18 to 60 years
• Male and female candidates are welcome to apply
• Candidates from the Pune region are preferred
