रेंटल फर्नीचर डिलीवरी एग्जीक्यूटिव (Rental Furniture Delivery Executive) का मुख्य काम किराए के फर्नीचर और होम अप्लायंसेज को सुरक्षित तरीके से ग्राहक के स्थान तक पहुंचाना और उनका सही से इंस्टॉलेशन करना है।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)
- सामान पहुंचाना (Delivery and Transport): लोकल हब या वेयरहाउस (गोदाम) से सामान को सुरक्षित तरीके से गाड़ी में लोड करके ग्राहक के घर तक पहुंचाना।
- फिटिंग और इंस्टॉलेशन (Assembly and Installation): बेड, सोफा, टेबल जैसे फर्नीचर को असेंबल (जोड़ना) करना और वाशिंग मशीन या फ्रिज जैसे अप्लायंसेज को सही जगह सेट/चालू करना।
- क्वालिटी चेक (Quality Checks): डिलीवरी से पहले यह जांचना कि सामान में कोई खरोंच न हो, वह सही से काम कर रहा हो और अच्छे से पैक हो।
- ग्राहकों से बातचीत (Customer Interaction): ग्राहकों से पेशेवर तरीके से बात करना, उन्हें डिलीवरी का समय बताना और सामान सौंपते समय उसकी कंडीशन वेरिफाई (चेक) कराना।
- कागजी काम और अपडेट (Documentation): ग्राहक से साइन (sign-off) लेना और ऑपरेशन्स मैनेजर या इंटरनल ऐप/सिस्टम पर डिलीवरी का स्टेटस अपडेट करना।
- सामान वापस लाना (Reverse Logistics): किराए के पुराने या बदलने (swap) वाले सामान को बिना किसी नुकसान के सुरक्षित वापस पिकअप करना।
जरूरी योग्यता और स्किल्स (Requirements & Skills)
- शारीरिक फिटनेस (Physical Stamina): भारी फर्नीचर को सुरक्षित उठाने, लोड करने और ले जाने की क्षमता होना।
- कम्युनिकेशन (Communication): ग्राहकों और हब सुपरवाइजर से आसानी से तालमेल बिठाने के लिए स्थानीय भाषा के साथ-साथ बेसिक हिंदी या अंग्रेजी आना।
- ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और डॉक्यूमेंट्स (License/ID): वैध (valid) ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (टू-व्हीलर या कमर्शियल गाड़ी के लिए) और बेसिक KYC दस्तावेज होना।
- कस्टमर सर्विस (Customer Service): ग्राहकों के साथ विनम्र और मददगार व्यवहार रखना ताकि कंपनी का एक सकारात्मक अनुभव (brand experience) बने।
