📢 OFFICE STAFF REQUIRED – SHIVAJINAGAR, PUNE
We are looking for a Female Office Assistant / Office Executive to join our office at J. M. Road, Shivajinagar, Pune.
Job Responsibilities:
Basic computer & office work
Sales & Purchase entries
Receipt & Payment entries
Billing and documentation
Maintaining office records
Client follow-up and other routine office work
Candidate Profile:
Qualification Required - 12th Pass / B. Com. / M. Com.
Female candidates preferred
2–4 years of relevant office experience preferred
Candidates with good basic computer knowledge and office-handling skills
Should be responsible, punctual and willing to work regularly
Candidates residing within 2–5 km of the office will be preferred
💰 Salary: ₹10,000/- per month onwards
(Salary will be higher for candidates with relevant experience and good skills.)
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Anyday except Friday, Saturday, Sunday
📍 Office Location: J. M. Road, Shivajinagar, Pune
Important: Preference will be given to candidates living close to the office who can commute easily and maintain regular attendance.
