Machine Maintenance and Breakdown Management

• Attend and monitor machine breakdowns to ensure timely resolution
• Update AMCS data and ensure closure of maintenance actions
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions
• E maint work order closer.

Planning and Execution

• Prepare action plans for maintenance activities and communicate them to team members for effective execution
• Update and execute CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) work plans & 3C action closer
• PLC related issues Resolve
