Job Title: jr Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

• Handle purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.

• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.

• Maintain records of GST, TDS, and other statutory documents.

• Assist in salary processing and expense tracking.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for accounting-related activities.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.

• Support senior accountant during audits and monthly closing activities.

• Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.

• Understanding of GST and accounting concepts.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Ability to handle confidential financial information.

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
