Jewellery Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Drive store profitability by maximizing conversion rates and average bill values. Handle premium and high-net-worth clients directly.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates. Evaluate performance and manage shift schedules.
• Inventory & Security: Track stock accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and implement strict security measures to protect high-value gold and diamond merchandise.
• Operations & Merchandising: Oversee daily billing, cash management, and ensure the showroom meets brand guidelines for visual presentation.

Requirements

• Experience: Typically 3 to 8 years in luxury or jewelry retail, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of gold, diamonds, certification standards, and precious metal values.
