IT Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Hardware & Software Setup: Install and configure servers, computers, printers, Security Surveillance Devices, AV and networking hardware.
• On-Site Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system faults, network outages, and hardware issues.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled upgrades, system health checks, and preventive maintenance.
• Client Support: Communicate directly with clients to resolve concerns and provide technical assistance.
• Documentation: Keep detailed service records, update technical documentation, and submit work reports.
• SLA Compliance: Respond to and complete service requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). [1, 2, 3, 4]

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Diploma / bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN connectivity, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware diagnostics.

Certifications: Vendor-specific certifications like CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified are highly preferred.

Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to different job sites, client offices, or data centers. - Bike Required

Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking, customer service, and the ability to work independently without direct supervision
