IT Leadership Development Graduate

The IT Development Program (IT LDP) is a 24-month program designed with the new IT professional in mind, which will consist of three 8-month rotations across various facets of our IT Team.

Specific responsibilities will vary depending on current rotation but will include a subset of IT activities to include roles in Service, Business Support, Security, Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Analyst, and Developer.

Rotation examples could include, Advanced Technology, Information Security, AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud Architecture, Corporate Functions, Commercial IT, and more.  Participants in this Program may be required to work onsite or remotely.

Responsibilities: (Please specify % amount against each responsibility)

  • Works closely with managers and team-leads to complete assigned tasks

  • Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met

  • Liaise with other IT functions to meet objectives

  • Build relationships with key IT staff

  • Present project or job learnings to senior leadership at the close of each rotation

  • Provide input and perspective of new ways / new ideas to improve outcomes

  • Identify opportunities to innovate technology

Location:

Kharadi, Pune, India

Work from Office - 5 days

Education:

Education in IT, Engineering or Technology

Have previously graduated or graduating in 2026

Competences:

Strong digital skills, exposure to digital technologies, and enthusiasm to learn

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and perseverance

A dynamic and assertive individual with good written and oral communication skills and presentation skills

Independent thinking and the ability to work well within a team is required

Good interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making attitude and aptitude

Enthusiastic to share innovative ideas

Ability to influence others, demonstrating self-awareness and emotional intelligence

Must be able to connect effectively with cross-functional teams and drive tasks to completion

Ability and aptitude to learn, assess technical issues, develop solutions utilizing an analytical approach to problem solving

Requires the ability to manage deadlines, assigned tasks, rapidly changing technology

Strong time management and organization skills are beneficial
