Job Description:

Position: Customer Support Executive (International BPO)

Location: Pune, MH

Salary - Up to 45 K Per Month +PF

Interview Mode : Virtual

Need Min 6 months of Experience in Customer Service in an international BPO in Voice Process.

OR

Need Min 1 year of Experience in Customer Service in an international BPO in Chat Process.

Key Responsibilities:

Need Min 6 months of Experience in Customer Service in an international BPO in Voice Process.

Handling basic Customer queries related to Telecom Bills /Customer Resolution expert.

Respond to customer questions and issues through calls.

Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal /Comprehension skills

Providing Prompt and Polite Assistance to the Foreign Customers.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer service and able to handle the Customer over phone

Candidates should be willing to work in US shift.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Provide accurate product or service information to guide customers.

Ensure customer queries are responded in time.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.

Any Graduate/Undergraduate

2 Days Rotational week off
