Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Fresher)

Location: Baner Pune.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Scale – 15K to 20K (fresher)



Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the sales domain while assisting in driving business growth. You will be responsible for supporting our sales team by engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and helping close deals through phone calls, emails, and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain regular contact with leads and clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist the senior sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, and product information.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
  • CRM Updates: Keep track of all interactions with customers in the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Assist in achieving sales targets by converting qualified leads into customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product offerings and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with leads, customers, and prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and lead status to the sales manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent; any stream is acceptable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional phone demeanour.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, support senior sales members, and contribute to team goals.
  • Motivation: A self-starter with the drive to learn, grow, and achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales internships is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management is a plus.
