Project Role Description : Support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Summary:
As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting clients in designing, building, and operating an agile and scalable information technology infrastructure. This role focuses on creating standardized and optimized environments that enhance operational efficiency and improve workplace and employee performance. The practitioner applies infrastructure enhancements across various domains including workplace technology, network systems, data centers, and operational processes. Additionally, they provide essential resources to manage and maintain the infrastructure, either through managed services or capacity-based service models, ensuring that the infrastructure adapts to evolving business needs and demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of infrastructure strategies that align with client business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless infrastructure delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud service models including Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with network architecture, security protocols, and data center operations.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions that support business continuity.
- Skilled in automation and infrastructure as code practices to improve deployment efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
