In House Legal Advisor

We are seeking a qualified In‑House Legal Advisor to manage all real estate legal matters for builder, contractor, and landowner projects. The role involves drafting, compliance, documentation, and advisory support to ensure smooth execution of property transactions and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and vetting agreements (sale deeds, development agreements, contractor agreements, MoUs).
• Handling RERA compliance and filings.
• Conducting title search, property due diligence, and documentation.
• Managing stamp duty, registration, and municipal approvals.
• Advising on dispute resolution and coordinating with external advocates for litigation.
• Ensuring compliance with property laws, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
