Role: HR Recruiter / Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:-

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively call potential candidates to explain job opportunities and company benefits.
• Screening: Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate profiles against specific job requirements.
• Interview Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Data Management: Maintain and update an accurate database of candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Pipeline Building: Develop a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for various open positions.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Experience: Fresher & Experience Both Can Apply
• Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) to Any Graduate
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, Email, etc.).
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.

Salary & Benefits:-

• Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 CTC (depending on experience and skills).
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives to reward high achievers.
• Stability: Full-time, permanent role with a fixed weekly off.

Work Details:-

• Shift Timings: Fixed Shifts (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
• Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday Off.
• Location: 3Rd Floor, Brahma Rooftop Hotel Building, Near, Navale Brg, opp. to Podar School Katraj, Ambegaon Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 411046
