Job Title: HR Executive / HR Specialist (German Language – B2 Certified)

Important Requirement

Candidates MUST be B1/B2 Certified in German.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement

Communicate and coordinate with German-speaking stakeholders when required

Support HR documentation, policies, and compliance processes

Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately

Assist in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth HR functioning

Required Qualifications

Experience - 2 yrs to 20 yrs

Certification in German (Mandatory)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Prior experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced environment
