Job Description

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening and shortlisting.
  2. Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with the concerned team/customer.
  3. Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining dates and required formalities.
  4. Collect and verify required candidate documents before onboarding.
  5. Coordinate candidate deployment at customer locations along with the required documents.
  6. Visit customer locations to understand their manpower requirements and job descriptions (JD).
  7. Source candidates based on customer requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
  8. Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure all joining formalities are completed.
  9. Maintain proper recruitment, candidate, and deployment records.
  10. Regularly follow up with candidates and customers to ensure smooth joining and deployment.
  11. Support the HR team in other recruitment and employee-related activities as required.
