Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately. Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities. Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs. Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs. Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions. Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required. Support HR audits and statutory compliance activities.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
