Job Description
*Job Title:* HR Admin
*Location:* Cosmocity Clinic, Amnora Town, Pune
*Salary:* ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month
*Work Mode:* Office-based
*Responsibilities:*
- Manage employee records, recruitment, and onboarding
- Handle payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with employees and management for HR matters
- Assist in employee engagement and policy implementation
- Maintain HR database and reporting
- Handle admin operations like office maintenance, vendor coordination, and logistics
*Requirements:*
- Graduate in HR/Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of HR/Admin experience (freshers with strong communication can apply)
- Good command of English and local languages
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, HR software)
