Job Title: HR Admin ExecutiveLocation: Pune, IndiaExperience: 2 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Executive with 2 years of experience to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will bridge the gap between core Human Resources functions and daily office administration. You will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle documentation, onboarding, attendance tracking, vendor management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid grasp of basic HR processes, and the organizational skills needed to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Employee LifecycleOnboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the joining formalities for new hires, including document verification, background verification (BGV) initiation, asset allocation alignment, and conducting HR induction. Manage the exit clearance process smoothly.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update accurate employee records (both physical files and digital data in the HRMS).
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Track daily attendance, manage biometric system logs, and compile monthly leave/attendance data to share with the payroll team.
  • Grievance & Queries: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding basic HR policies, ID cards, and general workplace queries.
  • 2. Office Administration & Facility ManagementDaily Operations: Oversee the upkeep of the Pune office premises, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive working environment.
  • Vendor & Asset Management: Coordinate with external vendors (housekeeping, security, internet/IT support, stationery suppliers). Review invoices and process them for timely payment.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain stocks of office stationery, pantry supplies, and housekeeping materials.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing internal employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, and town halls.
  • Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA / B.Com / MBA-HR preferred).
  • Experience: Exactly 2 years of proven experience handling a combined portfolio of HR operations and office administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for data tracking, Word, and PowerPoint) and hands-on experience using HRMS/HRIS software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills with an ability to handle confidential employee data with high integrity.
  • Problem-Solving: Highly organized with a knack for multitasking and resolving daily workplace issues independently.
