🎯 JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Horticulture Field Officer to handle plant and garden maintenance activities. Candidates with a Diploma and a background in Agriculture/Horticulture are preferred. Basic knowledge of plant care, fertilizers, pesticides, pruning, repotting, and plant health will be an advantage.

- Shift: Day Shift | Full Time
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: 1 day off from Monday to Friday as per company schedule

- 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform plant and garden maintenance activities.
- Identify different plants and understand their basic care requirements.
- Support pruning, repotting and plant propagation activities.
- Assist with the proper use of fertilizers and pesticides.
- Monitor plant health and identify basic plant-related issues.
- Support landscaping and routine gardening activities.
- Maintain plants and soil as per maintenance requirements.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:Diploma holder with an Agriculture/Horticulture background preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Candidates with practical knowledge of gardening, landscaping and plant care will be preferred.
- 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
