Urgent Hiring โ€“ Customer Service Executive (Banking Process)


Process: DBS Banking

Location: Shivajinagar

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift Time : NIght Shift (First two month Day shift )



Salary

Up to โ‚น25,000 in-hand

Up to โ‚น31,000 CTC

Package up to 3.7 LPA (based on skills and interview performance)


Job Details

Role: Customer Service Executive

Process: Handling banking service-related customer queries

Experience: 0โ€“6 months and above

Freshers can apply

Eligibility

Education: Graduation required ๐ŸŽ“

Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)

Fluient English communication require (V5 & V6)

Shift Details

First 2 months: Day Shift

Post training: 24ร—7 Rotational Shifts

Working Schedule

5 working days/week

2 rotational week offs
