Looking for Oracle HCM Talent Functional Consultant with expertise in performance and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Oracle Talent modules
  • Performance management setup
  • Goal management and talent review configuration
  • Succession planning and competency framework setup
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-production support

Required Skills:

  • Strong Oracle HCM Talent Management functional experience
  • Experience in performance templates and talent review setup
  • End-to-end implementation/support expertise
